Rain, more rain, and still more rain.
I’ve never seen anything like it. I’m checking around to see if there’s an ark taking animals aboard. There was a bit of a break around noon today, with the sun trying to peek out, but that’s long gone. And it’s been pretty much the same since we got back from Florida on Sunday.
Average rainfall for June is 5.03 inches and as of last night we’ve had 10.8. Record for June is 14.18 and there’s a good chance we’ll exceed that.
Right now – temperature is 77°, humidity 89% with dew point of 73°. Somewhere I read that if the sum of the temperature and humidity exceeds 150°, it’s uncomfortable. I’m staying inside with the air conditioning.
Pity the poor tourists.
On the plus side --- everything is very green, and all the water tanks are overflowing.
So, cheers.

Dear Kim and Neil, a beautiful, sunny day in Racine. Temps expected in low 80s. Perfect day for the Armenian Picnic at Johnson Park. Looking forward to Shish-kabs, Pilaf, Sarma and Phaklava. Sending love (and wishes for a dry sunny Bermudan day). Susan
